After 21 years of partnership with Paragon Industries USA, we have made the difficult decision to cease the sale and import of Paragon Kilns, effective January 12 2026.

This decision follows a change in shipping terms to FOB Origin. Under these terms, the responsibility for transit insurance, damage claims, and recovery logistics shifts to the recipient at the point of departure. Historically, managing international damage claims from Australia under these conditions has proven to be a significant challenge for our customers, often leading to extended delays and complex recovery processes.

Any Paragon kiln damaged in transit to Australia is not covered by the Paragon Industries Kiln Warranty. 

Because our priority is to provide a seamless, fully-protected purchasing experience, we have chosen to align our inventory with manufacturers whose logistics frameworks allow us to provide comprehensive transit coverage.
