Renaissance Wax Polish 65ml (2.25oz) is also known as Archival Wax.

The revolutionary formula of semi-synthetic micro-crystalline fossil-origin wax is entirely free of damaging acids. It remains chemically neutral and is therefore completely safe, even on vulnerable surfaces. Renaissance Wax Polish is the finest archival wax on the market today and it is used in the worlds best museums to protect and preserve. Now you can apply this same protection to your Metal Clay and Polymer Clay projects. Renaissance Wax Polish forms a durable, lustrous protective coating and can be used to seal surface finishes such as Liver of Sulphur and many others. It also helps prevent oxidation, corrosion and tarnish. Simply apply a thin coat, rub in thoroughly, allow to dry until it turns white then buff to it's final finish. Renaissance Wax Polish can be safely re-applied to the same piece if and when necessary.

With Polymer Clay - sand and buff the piece to a high gloss and apply a light coat of Renaissance Wax Polish. Absolutely colourless, and once dry, it imparts a matte finish that can be polished.

Can be safely used on all metals, gems, glass, porcelain, bone, ivory, Mother-of-Pearl, gilding, patinas., enamel, leather, wood, stone and polymer clay.
